How to Qualify
Children in households of all incomes may qualify for health coverage through the HUSKY Plan.
And, depending on income, parents, relative caregivers and pregnant women may also qualify for HUSKY coverage.
Click on HUSKY family income guidelines or simply scroll down for a quick check of your income and household size. This will give you an indication of what part of HUSKY can serve you. The first step toward qualifying is to fill out the HUSKY application and send it in ( Versión en Español). There is no cost or obligation when you apply. HUSKY program staff will then contact you about the next steps.
